Kiernan Auctioneers was established in 1973 and first located at Commercial Quay County Wexford.  From there we moved to a prime location in  the Ballast Office, Cresent Quay Co. Wexford

We are a small Auctioneering and Property Management business dealing mainly in consultancy relating to Planning, location of Commercial Properties, and the setting up of Lease agreements with Property Developers and Tenants.

The Business is registered as a Sole Trader, is fully licensed by the High Court as Auctioneers, and holds the required Fidelity Bond Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We have a staff of three in our Wexford Head Office. We also have an office located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our Offices in the United States are part of a much larger Real Estate Agency and we currently have agents in Florida, New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
